Using the site

PesoPlan is free to use and requires no account. You may use our calculators, guides, and reference tables for personal and professional purposes, including screenshots and quotations, provided you credit PesoPlan and link back to the page you took the figure from.

You may not scrape or bulk-copy the site to republish it, present our content as your own, or use it in a way that misrepresents what our figures mean.

Estimates, not advice

Everything on this site is informational and educational. It is not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and using the site does not create a professional relationship of any kind.

Our calculators model published general rules. They cannot account for your specific circumstances — taxable allowances, company policy, a collective bargaining agreement, existing loan deductions, an employer's particular withholding schedule, or anything else specific to you. Your actual payslip, contribution, benefit, or loan quote can and often will differ. For decisions that matter, confirm with the relevant government agency, your employer, the provider, or a licensed professional.

Accuracy and availability

We work hard to keep figures correct and current — see our editorial policy for how — but we cannot guarantee that every figure is accurate, complete, or up to date at the moment you read it. Government rates change, providers change their terms without notice, and errors happen. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we may change or remove content at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PesoPlan is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information here.

We link to banks, lenders, card issuers, and government agencies. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Some outbound links may be affiliate links, which we label where they appear; see our privacy policy for how advertising and analytics cookies are handled.

Intellectual property

The text, design, and calculator logic on PesoPlan are ours. Government rates, tables, and statutory formulas are, of course, public — it is our presentation and explanation of them that is protected.
