What to reach out about
- Corrections — a rate or figure that looks outdated or wrong (please include the page and the source you saw).
- Suggestions — a calculator or comparison you'd like us to add.
- Partnerships / advertising — if you'd like to work with us.
- Privacy questions — to access, correct, or delete data we may hold about you (see our Privacy Policy).
Reporting a wrong figure
Corrections are the most useful mail we get, and we'd rather hear about a mistake than leave it up. To help us check it quickly, please include:
- The page the figure appears on.
- The number you saw and the number you believe is correct.
- Your source, if you have one — an SSS circular, a PhilHealth advisory, a BIR issuance, or your own payslip.
- For a calculator, the inputs you used, so we can reproduce the result exactly.
We check every report against the primary source. If we're wrong, we fix it and update that page's "last updated" date — see how we keep figures accurate for the full process.
Before you write
If your payslip doesn't match one of our calculators, the difference is often explained on the page itself: taxable allowances, de minimis benefits, HMO or union deductions, SSS or Pag-IBIG loan repayments, or a semi-monthly withholding schedule your employer trues up at year end. Our guides cover the underlying rules in more depth, and each calculator lists the assumptions it makes.
Please note
We can't give personalized financial, tax, or legal advice — our tools are estimates for educational purposes only. For decisions that matter, please consult the relevant government agency, your employer, or a licensed professional.
We read every message but may not be able to reply to all of them. Thanks for helping us keep PesoPlan accurate and useful.
